The Nedlands Library Local studies Collection has been developed since the 1980s as part of the library.
The City of Nedlands was declared in 1959 but has been settled by Europeans since 1830. Before that the Whadjuk Noongah people were caretakers of the land.

Open Monday and Friday 9.30am-6pm; Tuesday to Thursday 9.30am-8pm; Saturday 9am-1pm; Sunday 1-5pm.

Accessible to all. Disabled parking bays available.
Appointments can be made with a Local Studies Librarian for assistance. A librarian might be available if you visit without an appointment.
Original documents and photographs can be scanned while you wait using the Local Studies facilities. There may be charge if copies are not donated. PCs and scanners are available for public use.
The Library is open to the public.
