Scout Heritage NSW, Sydney
Scout Heritage NSW was established in the 1980s to collect and preserve all aspects of New South Wales Scouting history. Scout Heritage NSW also looks after the Australian Scout Museum at Newington Armory, Sydney Olympic Park.
Archival material includes Scout Group records, log books, State Warrant cards (lists of Scout Leaders) and paperwork relating to NSW Scout events such as Jamborees.
The archive also holds a comprehensive range of Scout handbooks and training manuals dating to 1908.
Other holdings include badges, banners, camp blankets, film reels, photographs, Jamboree and Corroborree memorabilia, trophies and awards, and uniforms.

The Scout Heritage team members supervise access to the archives and will assist visiting researchers with their enquiry.
Limited photocopying available for a donation. Researchers can use their own camera to photograph records if desired after seeking approval from the archive manager.
