The research centre and library of the Golden Dragon Museum aim to assist, promote and foster interest in the study of Bendigo Chinese history.

Donations of family histories relating to Chinese history are encouraged.

Research Centre and Library Archive collection: Open by appointment only.
Museum: Open Tuesday to Sunday, 9.30am-5pm.

Due to the age, condition and fragile nature of some items in storage, public access to the archives and collection is strictly limited to individual researchers and representatives from professional institutions, by appointment only.
All areas of the Museum, Classical Chinese Gardens and Kuan Yin Temple are wheelchair accessible. Wheelchairs are available in the foyer, please ask at reception.
