Pembroke School, Adelaide
Pembroke School was established in 1974 through the amalgamation of Girton Girls' School and King's College, a school for boys.
The founding schools were small, neighbouring, independent schools of quality and have a combined history dating back to 1915.
Pembroke School is non-denominational and has a philosophy that is based on Christian principles.
Pembroke School consists of three campus locations for Junior School, Middle School and Senior School.
The School Archivist office is situated in Middle School, King's Campus.
Pembroke School Archives is responsible for the preservation of documents, photographs, textiles, objects and memorabilia connected with the history of Pembroke including our founding schools, Girton and King's College.
Open school office hours Mondays to Fridays, 8am-4.30pm during school terms and 8.30am-4pm during non-school terms.
Closed public holidays and throughout Christmas and New Year.
Advance notice is required and agreed access via School Archivist archives@pembroke.sa.edu.au
