The City of Gosnells History and Heritage includes the City of Gosnells' Museum - the Wilkinson Homestead Museum and the Local History Collection.
Located on the banks of the Canning River, the museum collection is housed in the State Heritage listed Wilkinson Homestead. The homestead, built in 1912, is on one of the largest citrus producing properties in nineteenth century Western Australia. Replica buildings, including the machinery shed, dunny and washhouse reflect life in earlier times.

Gosnells is a suburb located within the City of Gosnells in Perth. It is approximately 20 kilometres south-east of the Perth central business district.

Local collection and research within boundaries of City of Gosnells. Donations of documents, objects, photographs, or oral histories to the City are encouraged and become part of the City's Local History Collection, and/or the collection held at the City of Gosnells Museum.

The museum collection includes approximately 3,000 items. These include a large collection of photographs depicting local scenes and people. Also held are textiles, farm machinery, works of art and domestic items.
