- The Society accepts acquisitions relating to material concerning Walcha and District, and its people. These include maps, books, photographs etc, letters and documents as well as local publications such as family histories or books concerning Walcha and its people.

- Birth, death & marriage card index 1842-1911, some 1911-1988 (incomplete).
